Crimp contacts are precision formed brass; contact areas are gold plated and crimp areas are tinned.Typically used with 24 or 22 gauge wire. CRIMP CONTACTS for the above D-sub connectors. Precision stamped contacts; extra tabs grip insulation. Accommodates wire 22 thru 28 AWG. Gold plated contact areas, tinned in crimp areas. Supplied on continuous, break-off strips. Simple hand tool for crimping D-Sub pins onto wire. Pins are not supplied with these shells when ordering in bulk, be sure to order them as well.
