How can I place an order?

You may place your order online, or by phone.

I need to change/cancel my order. What now?

If you need to make a change to your order or need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

To Change your order - Please contact us by 2:00pm (MST) of the same shipping day. Adding items after 2:00pm are processed in a separate order, and you will be responsible for separate shipping charges. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make any change.

To Cancel your order - Please contact us between 9am to 4:30pm (MST), Monday through Friday. Once the courier picks up the merchandise, we cannot cancel the order. Please request an RMA.

Is there a minimum order? Do you charge a handling fee?

There is no minimum order amount and to allow this we have a low $6.99 minimum shipping cost.

What are your payment terms?

Payments are made on-line through third party credit card processor or Net 30 day accounts.

Faxed or verbal order are taken at our discretion.

Arizona sales tax will be applied to all sales in Arizona unless a prior request and a resale certification form 5000 is current and on file.

A signed authorization form may be required for initial orders and orders over $100.

All prices are based on FOB Tucson AZ, and subject to change without prior notice.

What types of shipping do you offer?

All orders/products are shipped by USPS, UPS, or by truck or carrier of Introns choice, unless specified by the customer. Orders, for products in stock, normally ship within 24 hours of receipt. Over night, 2 day, 3 day orders placed before 12:00pm Arizona Time (cut off time) will be processed the same day, holidays exempt. UPS Saturday delivery is not offered through our website. We will try our best to ship the same day for orders after cut off time, but not guaranteed. Orders received Friday afternoon are processed Monday morning.

Can I order online and pick up my items locally? (Will Call)
For local pick up on-line orders, check the local pick up / “Will Call” box on your order form during the check out process. Please allow 24 hours for processing before pick up. Pick-up hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. excluding holidays. Phone orders, are ready for immediate pick up.

What type of warranty do you offer?

All merchandise is guaranteed to full satisfaction for the period of 30 days. Any products found unsatisfactory may be replaced, exchange or returned for a full money refund (excluding special order items) at Introns option. Intron also supports manufacture warranties up to 1 year and is done at no charge plus shipping if applicable.

I did not receive the correct order. What now? (damaged item, wrong quantity, wrong item)
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. You must contact the customer service at 520-884-7394 within 7 days from the date you accepted delivery if there are any problems with your shipment. For shipments received damaged, contact the carrier immediately for inspection.

Can I return my order for a refund?

A 30-Day Return Policy with receipt and merchandise must be resalable as new.

For the safety of our customers, all sales of Test Equipment, Chemicals, and Electronic Parts as well as Tools and Special Orders are final!

RMA=Return Material Authorization

To request on-line, go to "My Account".

* Use the “Request RMA” link.

* The RMA number will then be emailed back to you for shipping.

* RMA numbers are good for 14 days only.

* Clearly mark the RMA number on your shipping box.

* Any shipments received without RMA numbers will be refused.

How We Gather Personal Customer Data

Intron Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will NOT sell, share, or rent this information to others. The information that customers share enables us to provide a more valuable shopping experience through personalization and performance monitoring. Intron collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

1. Registration Page: In order to place an order on this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, users are required to give their contact information (including name, email address, phone and fax number). This information is used to contact users about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Site registration is also required for "reseller access" which features information pertinent to resellers and requires the mailing, emailing, or faxing of a valid reseller certificate; and it is also required for "tax exempt business access" which features information relevant to our tax-exempt customers and requires the mailing, emailing, or faxing of a valid tax exemption certificate. 2. Order Form: We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (including name and billing address), financial information (including credit/debit card number and expiration date), and shipping information. This information is merely used for billing purposes and to fulfill a customer's order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact the customer.

3. Other Emails: After a customer places an order, we will send an order confirmation email followed by an order shipment or order cancellation notification email. We occasionally may send website and service announcement update emails. We will communicate with the user via email or phone for service relating to orders or their account.

4. Email to Technical Support: A user may email our customer service department about technical issues concerning our products or pre-sales support. The user volunteers a name, an email address and technical information that may help in answering the user's questions.

5. RMA Request: While we strive for total customer satisfaction, unfortunately a customer may need to return an item for refund or exchange. In this case, the customer may enter contact information (including name and email) and product information to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that can later be used to process the return.
