New Surplus LED Night Vision Camera Ring Originally manufactured for CCTV Cameras To Power On: there is a box with two solder holes labeled "J3". The hole closer to the inside of the ring is for your positive 12v, while the pin hole closer to the outside leds is for the negative connection. There is a two pin header to the left of the power port that has a jumper across the two pins. When the header is on, only the 4 inside leds will light up. When the header is taken off, the full outside ring of leds will light up. Remember that there is a tan dusk/dawn sensor on the front that needs to be dark in order for the lights to work.
