28ft spool of solid bare copper conductor wire with Oleoresinous insulation. Ratings: Temperature -30°C to +155°C. Magnet wire or enameled wire is a copper wire coated with a very thin layer of insulation. It is used in the construction of transformers, inductors, motors, speakers, electromagnets, and other applications which require tight coils of wire. Wire is spooled on a surplus ferrite core. Some cores may be chipped or broken and used only to deliver the mag wire in a convenient form.
