CIRCUIT: SPST Normally Closed reed switch. NOTES: Normally closed when magnet is within 1/2” or closer. SPST N.C. Door Jam Reed Switch. Designed for use with alarm systems. The switch will remain closed as long as the magnet is within 1/2” of the switch. Magnet is mounted in the door. Both magnet and switch will fit tightly in 3/8” holes in wood or aluminum door jams and doors (may not work at all with steel doors). Fits flush with surface; glue in place with adhesive.
