This is a JST SMP-02V0BC connector for battery packs and it is popular with radio control hobbyists. Optional for connector type ( "Both Male and female" / "Male" / "Female" ). It is referred to by them as the LST Type SMP-02V0BC system. Normally the female connector is attached to the battery pack, and male connector is attached to charger or power device.
